Players pick one of four factions at the start, Los Halcones (cartel, Bogotá), the Marchetti Family (mob, Palermo), the Adamson Firm (firm, London), or Kuroda-Gumi (yakuza, Tokyo), and progress from a nobody flying mule jobs to a kingpin running labs across continents. Forty-seven commodities span five tiers from street-corner hauls to stolen Picassos. Five price zones span the globe. Daily volatility keeps yesterday's winning route from being today's.

FS Kingpin runs as a standalone Windows app and stores all save data locally in SQLite. It reads telemetry from MSFS via SimConnect and doesn't change your save data, your existing aircraft, or your settings. A small companion package drops into the MSFS Community folder for an in-cockpit EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) tablet, removable at any time. More EFB features rolling out in future updates.
